My wife and I have had our insurance through your firm, with Diane Corriveau of the Mattawa branch acting as our insurance broker for over 12 years. During those years, we have had to make a few automobile claims. Diane has always been there for us, has been sensitive to our needs and has consistently provided exceptional service.

Recently, we experienced flooding which caused serious damage to our automobile's engine and we had to put through an insurance claim. Even though unexpected situations like this are not pleasant, I knew that we were in good hands with Diane. She helped us report our claim after hours to our insurance company and has been in regular contact with us to ensure we are happy with the service.
